Bed Yoga
Monday, September 10, 2012 at 9:51AM I have spent much of August with little energy after having had a rather longish stint of the seasonal flu, but one thing that has helped me along has been 'bed yoga'. I first heard about it in November 2009 when I read an article on it written by Rudran Brannock in Living Now. Basically it involves turning a morning stretch into a 'yoga' session, but one that is entirely guided by your body rather than any 'thoughts' on what movements you 'should' make. It is close to the instinctual movements that you might see cats and dogs making after they have been sleeping, or after they have been in the one spot for a while. If you want to read the whole article you can find it at:

And after that don't hesitate to get into it and enjoy - it is delicious!
